Question

Does the FaderPort Classic work with newer versions of Studio One 4?  I have an opportunity to get it very cheap but haven't found an answer to whether it is compatible with newer versions of STudio One 4.  I have SO4 Artist newest update.

Or should I just go with the newest FaderPort release?

hey there. id recommend the Faderport 2 as its a newer unit with newer hardware/ software.

the Faderport Classic is a bit dated. so it may not have the best functionality with the newest software/ hardware

However, the Faderport classic is exactly that.. A Classic. You should still be able to work it. just not for as long.. given the nature of computers.
