I tried to install Studio One 4 on a different device, my macbook, after installing one time on another laptop. But in the process of installing it, I've been getting this error stating,
" Unknown exception: could not commit JPA transaction; nested exception is javax.persistence.RollbackException: Transaction marked as rollbackOnly "
It is a MacOS Mojave
Version 10.14.5
I get this message when I have already
1. Checked the box for " Activate my purchased version of Studio One "
2. Selected the product key without checking the box " I have purchased an upgrade of Studio One "
How do I fix this to install the software? Thank You
