audiobox usb "Presence" plug ins don't sound to sample them

Presence is an instrument, not an effect. Please provide more detail so we can help.

got it figured out - thanks....    this system is not plug and play for the casual user.  It's like you need a sound engineering degree to understand the terms and required moves.  Utilizing same Windows commands would make life easier for us non technical users.
