I have an audio interface STUDIO 1824c and it works perfectly with my WIN10 PC but UC SURFACE on ANDROID doesn't work.
When I scan, the program find and display the audio interface on the screen but nothing happen...
It looks like I have to wait for something but nothing happens.
After a while I get an error ICON but no details about what kind of error
ANDROID VERSION IS 9 on a SAMSUNG TAB 4
STUDIO ONE REMOTE works perfectly on the same Tablet
