Question

Hello,

I'm getting very low volume on channels 10 & 11 when trying the same feed into the channels. The gains are identical.

I did a Zero out (board reset) in the scene options with no success.

Did you try two different channels? What do you mean by" feed"? Microphone? Line signal? FireWire or network/stagebox signal?

Hello, Yes I tried all the remaining channels and they are fine.  By 'feed' i mean direct (line) input into each channel from an audio source.

I've also tried both TRS and XLR inputs with the same result.

When the mixer really is zeroed out, Digital Input is not activated and the channels are routed directly to "Main", I do not see anything anymore which you as user can do. Everything is done and checked. I dont think a Factory Reset (see Knowledge Base) will help in this case, but you can still try. It's time to open a ticket with Support.
