Does the Studio One Artist bundled in with hardware product come in a separate register key?

I'm planning on getting the AudioBox USB and was wondering if the Studio One Artist bundled with it came in a separate key. I already have Studio One 4 Pro and I'd like to give the Artist version to a friend if only it came in a separate key.

The bundled copy of Artist has its own license, but I would also like to know if it can be separated from the hardware and transferred.

Yes it can be transfered separate from hardware.
