failed to open internal microphone conexant - playback and recording already on same 24 bit 48000 hertz.

both the speaker and microphone are on 24 bit, 48000 hertz. the recording says 2 channel, speaker does not specify. every time i launch studio one, gives me the fail notice and immediately shuts down speaker/audio for the entire computer.
