Okay - new Quantum user here. I have just finished connecting everything up - here's my configuration:

2 x Quantums
Master (Quantum #1) is daisychained to Slave (Quantum #2) via TB2 cable and BNC cable.
Connected to PC running Windows 10 and the TB3 to TB2 adapter (Startech).

Everything fired up flawlessly - no problems. I am going from  my mains output in Quantum #1 to a Presonus Temblor 10, then out to the mains in to a Presonus Monitor Station V2. Out of my Monitor station I go to 3 different monitor sets.
On my PC - the sound output device selector showed all Quantum #1 I/O as "1- Quantum Mains... etc."
All good so far - sound coming out of all my monitors - pure sound bliss.

I was prompted for a firmware update - promptly said yes and updates performed without issue.

Universal Control still shows both Quantums as 1 and 2 as it should.
However:  Now my Quantums appear reversed in my Sound Output selection on my PC. i.e. all I/O in "1 - Quantum" in my sound output device selector on my PC is now showing as the "2 - Quantum", and when I select it, it still selects the physical Quantum #1... I still get sound etc, but the actual labeling is wrong.

I have not even done a record test yet - just hoping to get my things to read the way they should before I go further.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks very much in advance!

see quantum user manual chapter "5 - Aggregating Devices". Under Windows this is controlled with Universal Control "Aggregation order"
