Question

hello,

i have an Fireface 802 with studio one on Windows and macOs. No other hardware with clock is hooked up. Built in audio card is deactivated in windows, so only the Fireface is running.

I simply can't change the sample rate anymore. it stays at 44.1Khz in the transportbar . I tried everything I found on the internet regarding this. Latest Versions of Studio One on different operating systems on same machine!

What can I do now? Why is this such an problem? is the forum the only way to get support directly from presonus? thanks a lot,

I have RME UCX but this should work for you I think.  Go into the Windows tray and click on Fireface settings icon. You should be able to change the sample rate there. If it's grayed out turn off the 802 and turn it back on.

You can also find Fireface settings exe file  in  C:\windows\system32\
