The StudioLive mixer and Studio One normally have nothing to do with each other. Studio One does not "see" the faders of the mixer. You can record tracks in Studio One and play them back to the mixer, but what you actually do is to "feed" the DAW and then work with the recordings in the DAW. The 16.0.2 has no DAW Mode like the Series III mixers have, so the "worlds" are separated and they are separated intentionally. It may help to NOT do recordings in Studio One. Use Capture for it and import your tracks or the whole recording session to Studio One and do mixing and mastering on your computer.
It may be that what you see are the faders of UC Surface. These faders have no infuenece on what is happening in Studio One and Capture.
