No Headphone on my 16AR USB

Hello, i have no sound(headphone) on my 16ar USB when i do mixing with my DAW

  1. If the "PFL" button engage? If so, disengage this button and retest                                   disengage and AFL yet
  2. Does the "Signal" LED show signs that audio is coming into the channel?                         ok
  3. Is the Pan set to "C"                                                                                                             ok
  4. Is the EQ section all set to '0"                                                                                               ok
  5. Is the channel "Muted"                                                                                                   not mute
  6. Have you ensured that you headphones are working on another device?                    work prefectly

DAW : Bandlab, work prectecly with a Roland quad capture........

OS windows 64 bits 1909......

Last driver and last firmware!!!!!!!!

If I see it right, there are two volume encoders relevant for headphones: "Solo Master" and "Phones". Solo Master probably has to do with PFL and Phones probably deals with the general volume. Are both encoders turned up? It might also be that the "Main" fader needs to be raised to be able to listen to the main mix bus.

There are only four channels of USB audio returned to the mixer. "1+2" and "Superchannel". Could this be the reason why you don't hear anything in your headphones?
