I'm using a Roland A-49 that's $199, but it doesn't have all the pads you're after. For what you're after, I like the Roland A-800 PRO Keyboard Controller with 61-Keys and 8-Pads with 45 assignable controls! That'll set you back $399, but you get what you pay for. The Roland keyboard has a very good touch on the keys. According to a promo vid done by Depeche Mode for Roland, they take these A-800 PROs on the road all over the world. I'm a big fan of Roland gear because of its reliability and long life cycle. Plus, the touch on their keyboards is amazingly realistic, second-to-none.
