Question

I have an old (1st gen?) Scarlett 2i2 audio interface that doesn't get recognized when starting up Studio One 4, but will get picked up with other software such as Audacity (for podcasting). I've installed all the latest drivers/updates for both the Scarlett hardware as well as Studio One. Please help me figure this out

I had exactly the same problem - I contacted Focusrite support and they sent me a new driver .... sorted :)

PS. I did check that the driver was up to date via Windows Device Manager and it said I was up to date ..... but I wasn't.
