Question

I have recorded ten tracks (1-10 in the arrange view) but when I open the mixer the recorded channels are spread all over the board. Some of the channels have colors but no data and many channels have an instrument assigned to them but no data or color. What have I done wrong?

There is no View called "arrange".  There is an Arranger track (kind of like the marker track and the tempo track).

I think you are referring to "track view".

It sounds like you have different View settings for Console view than you do for Track view.  Some tracks are hidden in one and not the other.

Your comment about "no data" in reference to the Console view is confusing as there is no data displayed in the Console view.  You can only see the waveforms in the Track View and the Edit View [F2].
