Question

Quantum 4848 not working  both 192 and 176.4 lights are lit and I/O lights are on all the time in groups of 4. lights 5-8/13-16/21-24/29-32. this happens even when not connected to thunderbolt.

I am on a Mac mini thunderbolt light is blue . I keep getting an error when trying to load universal control.
