Question

I posted a question around an hour before and someone answered, but I can't answer back. How do I do that?

It seems as though in 2023 this is still a problem. I have the same issue, I'm logged in and all I can do is answer my own question, flag the responder or ask a new question based on the response. Not actually reply to a specific response.
