Question

I just bought my studio 24c I have installed all its corresponding drivers. I have used all the correct settings for my mac and I cannot connect my audio interface. My mac does not recognize any interface, in fact the focus of the interface is not blue, only red. I have already used the audio and midi utilities and even then my mac doesn't want to register it. I no longer know what to do. The product is registered. all drivers are installed and nothing. it doesn't work for me.

Hi Giuseppe, sorry to hear about your issues. Have you tried using a different USB cable?
