Why did I not receive a product key when buying the VST and AU and Rewire product but was still billed by Presonus?

I purchased VST and AU and Rewire Support for Studio One Artist 4 and was billed by Presonus, I have not received a product key, not is it showing under "my products" or "my orders". But the money is definitely gone from bank account. What gives?
