I accidently unregister my product and when I try to register again It says invalid

My interface wasn't connected with the computer so I thought the problem is the universalo controll So I unregistered my hardware(Studio 24c) and try it to register again and It says the serial number is unvalid. Please help Me with this problem If I need it I can upload the picture of my serial number and the manufacture date pics.
