One pad is constantly lit white and is being played like its being pushed all others work just fine !!!

Mine just started doing exactly the same thing. Hoping someone has a solution because it's driving me spare.

I checked MIDI manager and it's not showing any note on/off messages but there is a near-constant stream of velocity messages coming from that pad.

This started happening to me too.  Has anything figured out how to fix it?  All software is up-to-date.    This situation started showing up as a glitchy LED flicker under my "#15 Loop" pad.   Now, after a week of flickering, when playing it after a minute or two, it turns white (indiciating it has been pressed) and stays white.  Once it stays white it the notes no longer respond (as I checked using the MIDI event monitor).  Although the pressure/aftertouch events do still transmit.   Kind of useless if the notes don't transmit.   Seems to be acting like it's "stuck".

Sad, since I've only had the ATOM for a few months and don't use it heavily at all.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Same problem here - the stuck button solution doesn't do anything either (Setup + Pad4)

Hi, was this ever resolved? I just got an ATOM two days ago and pads 3 & 7 are lit white and there's no sound from either one of them. When I use Impact through the Studio One interface both virtual pads work as expected. But when I tap the ATOM pads there is nothing.

The odd thing is that on Impact both pads are constantly lit up (see photo). It's almost as if they are stuck on the ATOM and will not release. Another odd thing is that when I hit the Bank button I hear the sound that should be coming from pad 3.

I'm using Studio One 5 and my Atom up to date with Universal Control. I'm on a MacBook Pro (Mojave 10.14.6) Thanks!
