Question

I have a Mac running Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4; have audio from the Mac going OUT to my StudioLive 32 via a USB port. It used to work just fin, but now the sound is just static and beeps (you can tell the sound is playing but it is terrible). Any help is appreciated. This used to work just fine until my Mac Updated to Catalina.

Update your firmware.

There is a known issue with an older version of firmware causing distortion on macOS 10.15+ . See KB Article below for help.
