Hi,

I have a problem with the software that came along with the studio24c, Universal Control 3.2.1.57677.

Two things first, that I noticed after installation:
1) after the first installation, device was not usable. No sound was playing, no recordings possible. After deinstalling and reinstalling the software, things seemed to work fine
2) the "PreSonus Hardware Access Service" constantly generates 2-3% CPU load, even when when the device is not in use

As long as the laptop (dell latitude E7490) is running, everything seems to be fine. The moment where you put the PC into standby, screens get dark, fan start blowing and standby never is entered. This can go on for a very long time. This can only be terminated by pressing long on the power off button of the laptop.

If I kill the process "PreSonus Hardware Access Service" before enabling standby, switch to standby happens without problems.

Any idea how I can solve this problem? Killing the service before and enabling manually after standby is not an attractive option.

Kind regards,
Artur
