Hey dude, this is irrelevent to your question but may I point out that 'Program Files(x86) means you have a 32bit version of Studio One installed. That means that Studio One can only use about 3GB's of your computers RAM  which is very little these days. You might want to install the 64-bit version of Studio One so you can use all of your computer's RAM as needed. But before you do this check the VSTs you use to make sure they have a 64bit version since you've been using 32bit versions, most will unless they're pretty old. the 64bit version of Studio One doesn't run 32bit VSTs.

And on to your problem... It appears that is a runtime error, see http://forumsarchive.presonus.com/posts/list/34710.page The person who solved this in the link, uninstalled S1, deleted all the presets in the 'AppData' Folder which is a hidden folder. And then reinstalled S1. So I'd recommend trying that. And when you reinstall I highly recommend you install the 64-bit version as stated above.

In case you don't know how here's how to view hidden folders. Hit the 'windows key' and type 'File Explorer', it will automatically search for it, it should be selected be default if it is hit enter. In File Explorer click up top on 'view' in the menu bar. You should see just below the menu bar options for how you want to view files ( Extra Large Icons, Small Icons, ect.) if you don't see this click on the down symbol next to the question mark in a blue circle on the far right of file explorers window. That should expand the top so you get the icon options. To the far right there should be an icon with the word 'Options', click on it. In the 'Folder Options' pop up click on the 'View' item in the top bar. About the sixth item down in the list should be 'Hidden Files and Folders" change the option below it to 'Show hidden files, folders, and drives' then click ok.

While in File Explorer go to  C: > Users > [your user name] > App Data > Roaming > Presonus > (you could look for presets here but I'm lazy and would just delete the 'plug-in scanner' and 'studio one" folders [I'm guessing yours will be 'Studio One 3'], since I would be reinstalling anyway.)

Then download 64bit version and install it.

Hopefully that will take care of things.
