Studio One Audio Playback Glitch

I had Studio One for a while and this is the first time I’ve encountered this issue. I started recording something and everything seemed normal for the beginning, there was no problem. I had just gotten halfway through recording when I turned to my computer to realize something was wrong. Some tabs had opened up and the entire interface had changed, some portions of the interface getting deleted, stretched or moved. My set up isn’t the best so I think I may have accidentally activated or hit a few buttons during recording to cause this, since one of the many problems that happened was my arm recording buttons disappearing (something that only happens when you hit the A key.)

Everything has been fixed by restarting or looking up the answers, except for one thing. For some reason, when I went to playback my music, it would have this weird stutter. When it reached a note I had recorded, it either played a weird “thump” sound, or it would only play the beginning part of that note before going quiet. I tried going through forums and options and couldn’t seem to find any answers on it or fix it. I assume it’s a keyboard command I accidentally did with my elbow or something. I hope I described it well enough that somebody knows what it is.

If you zoom into the timeline at the place where you hear the thump, can you see anything odd in the track view?

Set a loop around where you hear the thump and solo the tracks one-by-one to find out which one was affected.

There's nothing different when I zoom in on the timeline and it seems to be a problem on all of my tracks.
