Why are volumes dropping to almost nothing in Omnisphere in S1 4.6?

I have just purchased Studio One, and have started at Vs 4.6. I am migrating from Logic (at least that was the plan).

I'm finding it relatively easy to make my way around S1, I used to be a Cubase user for years also.

Here is my issue. I use Omnishere a lot. I've loaded up both Multi's and single instances of Omnisphere and this BUG keeps happening. Basically I will be editing a MIDI clip, everything will be fine, and then suddenly the volume of Omnispere will drop to almost nothing, its will be tickling its channel output at -60 DB. The MIDI note velocities are normal. The setting within Omnisphere are normal, but triggering notes that were once loud is suddenly producing an incredibly low output. It has to be a bug, Ive been able to recreate it 3 times in the last 24 hours and its a deal breaker. Has anyone experienced what I am talking about?

Replying to myself. I have found a workaround, and maybe this hints at the problem. I have to copy the MIDI notes, move to another track, then delete the original track and create a new intrument track and point it back at the omnisphere plug in. When i drag the MIDI clip back onto the (new) track it works fine again. Super weird. Its like the intrument track just goes crazy every once in while.
