I recently purchased a new Faderport 8. Everything about it seems to be working properly except for the right 4 LCD screens on the scribble strip. They light up with everything else with what I assume to be just backlighting, but they don't display anything else. The only thing I was able to find from PreSonus is that this may happen when things are out of date, but both the Faderport and Universal Control are updated to their most recent versions. I am hoping there is something I am missing, and that there isn't some small part that was DOA. Thanks!
