audiobox vsl 44 windows 10 when i hit the play button on any audio it cracks then playes ok on my mac does not do that?

when i play audio on windows 10 at first press of the play button or audio starting it cracks then it is ok after that on my mac it does not do that? audiobox 44vsl usb

Are you using the ASIO driver in Windows 10? If not, switch to the ASIO driver for the Audibox.  Then check the ASIO buffer size and increase a little to see if the crackling noise goes away.
