I run sound at a church and we just got a StudioLive 64S, we were wondering what it would take and if it was possible to have a separate mixer for a video stream. (We are wanting more control for this mix than just using a mix output, separate tone control and effect/processing) Currently we have the video mix as aux mix. And also if that is possible if we use a digital snake would that send to both mixers? Could you give me a bit of direction on how to accomplish this?

Yes, you can use another Series III mixer or rack to do this. Read this,

There are examples of such setups in that manual.
