I hope I don't want your time to ask this but I need some guidance.
I have a laptop Lenovo I5 with windows 10.
I recently installed Studio one prime and having difficulty to record. When I armed the track and press record the cursor just freeze or it will move a small distance and stop. I also use earphones and there is no playback .I tried changing the sample rates and changing the windows settings and studio one settings but still nothing. I also installed a interface ********* UM2 with the drivers and when I try to record the cursor dont move . I really think I'm doing something wrong. Please advice.
