Hi. I had an issue with connection via the remote app, even after allowing remote connections inside Studio One. Turned out my issue wasn't my firewall or anything to do with Presonus (even after forwarding ports on my router). The issue was that Windows had set my network to public, not private. Changing my network to a private network, via windows settings, sorted my issue. So, in summary, the remote app didn't like a public network. If this isn't a solution, I can't help any further at this point.
