Sleep (or Hibernate) mode is not a function intended for use with professional audio interfaces, even some DAWs will not let you sleep your machine with the application open. It is a commonly accepted best practice that if you must put your computer to sleep, to power down your equipment in an organized sequence. First turn down your audio output, turn off your studio monitors (or amp), then turn off your interface, then sleep your machine.
Then when powering everything on, turn on your computer / wake it from sleep. Then turn on your interface, and any other gear, then turn on your speakers and adjust output volume.
