Cannot Upgrade to V5 Professional for Free.

I purchased PreSonus Studio One Professional v4 on May 2nd, 2020. I never got an option to upgrade to v5 for free like other users. I cannot see any redeem button in my account. What am I missing?

Im having the same issue and my purchase date is june 6th, i have a RED upgrade button that opens a dialog asking for a product key, but the ver 4 key does nothing. I have an open ticket and so far nothing they have instructed me to do works.   Log in log out ..... didnt work. Waiting for the next suggestion or fix.  i bought 4 up from 3.5.6.   ver 5 came out 3 days after my upgrade, if i am having problems it is an easy leap that many others must also be having issues.,

Use Opera or Chrome browser. Redeem button not show up with Safari, Edge, or Firefox.

Yes, what Matt says. Safari didn't work for me so I downloaded Chrome. It was about a 10 minute download. That plus the version 5 download took me less than 30 minutes. It's an odd hassle but it's very smooth.

HOWEVER, now when I use Safari to view my PreSonus account, version 5 is NOT there. When I use Chrome, it IS there.

There is definitely a browser thing going on here. Now I have to keep Chrome just to deal with PreSonus!
