S1 Professional V5.1.061423 Win x64 - Freezing on Start Up after new license agreement

My S1 Professional is now hanging at Starting Windows MIDI Support.  This happened immediately after trying to open the program today and getting a new license agreement to accept.  Once Accepted, it started normal S1 boot process but now hangs on Starting Windows MIDI Support.  Program won't respond, won't continue to open.

I have Windows 10 (64 bit) and current S1 version is V5.1.061423 .

Anyone else having similar problem? Or have a fix?

this is only the beginning. Soon S1 V5 will crash every time you reach for your mouse, or think about being creative....exaggeration of course, but you probably do know by now S1 V5 is a bag of Poop Sticks when it comes to crashing and compatibility, and presonus really doesn't seem to acknowledge or care, thus the ultimate FU to its customer base....I mean... WOW.
