I am using my StudioLive III 16 and Studio One 4 in a studio situation for recording.  There are a dizzying number of ways to set up cue mixes with StudioLive and Studio One - most are pretty complicated, it seems.  I was told by a Studio One/ StudioLive expert that if I set up the cue mixes in StudioLive I will not be able to use it with Studio One while I'm recording.  Is this true?  What I would like to do is use my StudioLive as much as possible in the tracking (recording) process, so what would be the best way to set up cue mixes?  I am also confused about running the XLR mix outputs into a headphone amp.  Can I just use an adapter cable to combine the two XLR signals into one stereo 1/4" TRS signal?

Would it have been more helpful to the rest of the community to post the pdf here?
