I have recently lost access to Sphere and I have a project I need to finish ASAP.

Because I have changed cards from my bank, my subscription, after a week, has expired.

Where can I update my details for Sphere.

Have already raised a ticket. No response.

To change the payment method:

Go to Account then select "Plan". 

You will see an option to change the credit card details under "Subscription Details"

The Change or Edit function DOES NOT APPEAR. (Read it again)

There is no link to EDIT or update a card (expiration etc.) on the user account page and the PreSonus account system is using an OLD card while showing the good card number. The bank shows it as declined on the good account ledger.

Please update the support department training manual on how to fix this or make a phone number to call accounting issues.
