Question

I have a 24AI and for some reason the computer found the hardware and downloaded correctly.  The presonus studio is showing on the device manager.
I updated the SL remote, firmware is updated, but when I open the sl remote I can't open the  fee doesn't show anything. And on my system screen pg 3 under devices, no connection , can anybody help me please
