closed Unable to claim product key for Melodyne Essential

I have a licensed copy of Studio One 5 Professional and I'm trying to claim Melodyne Essential product key under the Studio One Installation window. When I click Claim Product Key, it briefly displays an "Authorizing" screen, and then it gives me an error message that appears to be unrelated to Melodyne. 

"As of 2016, PreSonus no longer includes Komplete Player Keys for Studio One v2.x. Please visit http://www.native-instruments.com to download Komplete Players, available for free."

If I click OK, I am prompted for my account credentials - After entering those, the error message pops back up again. How can I get past this error message? 

Edit: A couple of troubleshooting steps I tried - complete reinstall of Studio One 5, and I also tested on a different computer (Macbook) with the same results.

Me too! I have the full version of Melodyne 5 installed but can't get anything to work with Studio One 5 - I keep getting the exact pop up detailed above.

Support shared the following with me and I was able to get the Melodyne key. After I got the key, I performed a first-time registration in Celemony which let me complete the upgrade.

Please log into your my.presonus.com account and goto My Products > Software and select your Studio One 3.
You will need to scroll down the current page until you will see the heading 'Third Party Product Keys', here you will find your Melodyne Product key.

Please contact Celemony with this key and see if it has been already registered to their servers.
