I have downloaded and installed Melodyne 5 Essential several times from the StudioOne 5 Installations screen. I have also downloaded and installed the newer version Melodyne 5.1.1 from the Celemony site. I used the Melodyne product key that is provided on the StudioOne Installations screen. The standalone version does run. Regardless, the StudioOne installations screen shows Melodyne as not being installed. "Edit with Melodyne" is an active option for audio events but clicking it generates a banner indication that I need to install Melodyne.

I have read all the other posts on this topic and have been unable to get Melodyne working. What else can I try?

Hy,

I have the same issu. I worked with Celemony Support for 1 week, but no succes. Celemony Support is excellent, but the issu looks to come from S1 Presonus.

Presonus is still sticked to the Celemony Licence Essential as part of the S1 Pro, but it does n 't want to recognise the Celemony Assistant licence I got from Celemony.

Presonus please, any explaination ?

Hi Andyclare and Malagiefrancois,

I got this from PreSonus support and it worked for me:

Thank you for contacting PreSonus Technical Support.

Please try a System refresh but please backup any Keyboard shortcuts and presets that you use daily :

  1. Go to Help>Open Settings folder.
  2. Copy the contents of the folder over to a new folder on your desktop.
  3. Close S1 and delete the contents of the settings folder as well as the "Extensions" folder.
  4. Open S1 and go to Studio One>Options (Preferences on a Mac) to reconfigure your settings.
  5. Test to see if the problem is resolved. If it is not, please feel free to copy your settings files back over from the backup that you created in step 2.

*If you are missing presets or Sound Sets after doing this, double-click one of your Sound Sets. They're typically located in Documents > Studio One > Sound Sets by default unless you've placed them in another location.

Thank you for your patience.

Hope this works for you as well!
