Question

For a certain part of a song I am working on, I am trying to change the time signature. I've seen video instructions on how to do this, where a demonstration of control-clicking on the timeline bar brings up a dropdown box where you can choose Insert Time Signature... BUT...Insert Time Signature is not listed as an option in my timeline bar dropdown box! Why would this be? How can I get the option to appear?

You need to add a " SIGNATURE " Ruller/Track and then right click to add the Time Signature where you want
