Question

Yes i have setup my audio USB 96 and turned the knobs like it says, installed the drivers and selected the audio USB as the device and selected input L as my device when recording which the mic is in. But studio one 5 wont record any of my voice inputs from the mic. Please help, i have seen videos where everyone just hooks it up and it works but mine isn't doing so.

I am assuming that the track you are recording into is actually record enabled? Have you adjusted the gain so you can see the signal? Is the mic phantom powered? If so, Have you turned on the phantom? Did you press the record button? as you can see, there are a lot of other questions that need answers first to be able to answer your main question. Maybe a screen shot of your song set up in studio one 5 may yield some answers.

Make sure your gain is up and arm your track to record. It is the button with a circle on it by the track name.
