Have new studio 24c have connected and loaded studio one artist etc. have registered product, but have fault. "Failed to open (Studio 24c)!" I have only connected by USB C to A (what comes in packaging). PC is new, Cool Master, Intel i5 hex core, Windows 10, and sound card is Sound blaster Audigy FX. Do I need to connect another way?
