I would love to see a feature similar to Pro Tools "Freehand Pencil Tool" where you can draw away clicks in waveforms pre-Gain Envelopes and pre-Automation. Rather than Gain Envelopes which are called "Dynamic Clip Gain" in PT and are not the same thing.

The Pro Tools "Freehand Pencil Tool" is shown at 3:40 in this video below. Doing the same thing with Gain envelopes requires a lot more trial and error.

There was a popular prior request for this with 490 votes marked completed due to misunderstanding what the FR was asking for, which was not Gain Envelopes.
