Hi Guys,
I am using Studio Prime with Pro Plugins - FX Compress from Presonus and I see a huge difference using it in Mixer -> "INSERT" than in Parallel Compression (FX Channel). Using the instrument (Presence Xt - Muted Trumpet) and the Compressor on "Insert" with the parameters:
Ratio 10:1
Threshold -30.0
Gain: 6.0
It works much better then routing it thorugh the "SENDER" to FX Channel and using the same setup.
Any idea why it is happening?
