My product used to be registered as I have previously raised support tickets in April 2020 directly with Studio One helpline.
I am trying to raise another, however it says my product key is already registered but it doesn't make sense because the orange 'register your product' is showing and I don't know why, since it's saying my product is already registered when I put the product key in. Cannot raise new support ticket because apparently my product is not registered. Yet I swear this is the only account I would've registered it under. No one else knows my key.
I have entered the product key multiple times now and it's still saying it's already registered.. help !
