Hello all, I hope you are safe and well.

My product used to be registered as I have previously raised support tickets in April 2020 directly with Studio One helpline.

I am trying to raise another, however it says my product key is already registered but it doesn't make sense because the orange 'register your product' is showing and I don't know why, since it's saying my product is already registered when I put the product key in. Cannot raise new support ticket because apparently my product is not registered. Yet I swear this is the only account I would've registered it under. No one else knows my key.

I have entered the product key multiple times now and it's still saying it's already registered.. help !

You have Studio One registered in your account. There's no need to enter it again.

The Orange button is there as a courtesy should you ever get more products, you can select it to register more products.

It does not go away after you've registered a product, it's part of the website design.

Looking at your account, you're last support ticket with us was on April 21st of 2020. Please log another support request so the support team can directly assist you with your concern.
