Hello, I cannot activate my product as "rent to own" on Splice. After using it for a few months without any problems, I took a 1-month break and started getting this error when I wanted to continue my subscription again. How can I solve this problem? I created a support request for both Splice and StudioOne officials, but there are artists waiting for a project. If there is a solution I want to get it done quickly.

I shared an image below. I am installing Studio One through the Splice application. My automatic product code is coming. I am logging in with my PreSonus account and getting this error. I couldn't understand why I got an error, when I logged into the same Presonus account from the same Splice account before, the activation was completed immediately.

Having the same problem.

Presonus customer support asked me to contact splice.>Splice customer support asked me to contact presonus. On my 4th attempt now but looks like I am on my way to a new DAW from a company that has a basic level of customer service instead of the performance that I have received today

I have the same problem and it frustrates me! I only installed it to my PC but when I try to install it on my laptop it gives me this problem. I know if you rent to own from splice you can only install it to 2 devices. But in my case I only used one!

Same issue here,  I have it installed on my Mac Mini which seems to be working fine but trying to install on my Macbook Pro and I get this error.

Is there any solution to this?
