I'm at Firmawre 7045/7049 and cannot update to the newest Firmware over network updates.

It seems that when I attempted to update my firmware recently to the latest release on the "check for updates" button on my UC Surface software or my StudioLive AI XX.4.2 console system page for updates, it says "Network Update Failed."  What is the reason for that?  It seems I have a good connection to the internet on my router as well.

With the release of the newest Firmware versions from PreSonus Audio, the firmware version 7045/7786/8596 (for StudioLive AI mixers) and 7049/7784/8591 (for RM Mixers with UC Surface)  do not have a script enabled in firmware to be able to connect for firmware updates.  If you are running this version currently on your mixer, you will need to complete a Firmware Update process for your RM mixer or StudioLive AI Console mixer via USB.
