I'm looking to purchase an 1824c, but before I do, I need to know whether the individual channels/mixes show up in Windows 10 as separate audio devices.

I need to be able to route different sources to specific applications, for example, sending just my mic to Discord, while sending other audio to another (non-DAW) application.  The easiest way for me to do this is typically just by assigning that program to use a specific audio device.

Yes, however they are arranged in stereo pairs; so for the analogue in/outs you have four recording and four playback devices.
