Question

Ok I Did That But it only gives me the option to automate vol & pan on that track....Lets say I wanted to add pro eq to the track & automate the low end,It still opens up a new track to automate

Hey Jeff

When you have put your f.ex. Pro EQ on the, you would wanna go to 'Show Automation' (A)

Now on the automation track, click that dropdown which lets you choose which one you want to automate and choose Add/Remove

You should get a popup which lets you add any parameters from the plugins that you have put on your track

F.ex. On the right side expand Inserts > Pro EQ > Frequency > highlight LF-Frequency and click '<<< add'
This will now show up in your Automation dropdown menu on the track
