I'm the user of studio one 4.6 here and say kenji sakaue.
An upgrade edition of studio one5 was bought on August 27, 2020. It was bought at a credit card transaction.
But studio one5 isn't going out to the product list by which my account is already bought.
Therefore studio one5 can't be downloaded.
