Question

I upgraded from Studio One 4 to Studio One 5. I used to love using Ampire. Now I found out the new Ampire on Studio One 5 is, well, to put it mildly, lackluster (only has 1 amp!!!). What are the best plugins to use now? I don't mind paying a little but should be quality.

I use SGear 2, ReValver,  and Amplitube depending on what I'm doing. I recommend checking them all out. But if I was only getting one it would be between Revalver and Amplitube. I've found I use Revalver for more rock/metal stuff and Amplitube more for blues type projects since it has more of a tube amp sound.

I see this is old, but I found that you have same problem I did. Presonus decided to "overhaul" them all so that you have to buy them again even if you owned them... no discount - maybe I should go back to using Studio 4... feels like a horrible cash grab.
